Our commitment to sustainability means that the majority of our fine jewelry collection operates on a made-to-order model. Below is our detailed Returns Policy to guide you through our process.

1. Eligibility for Returns

- Time Frame: Items must be returned within the specified time frames outlined below to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
- Condition: Items must remain unused, undamaged, and in their original condition with all tags attached and packaging intact.

2. Types of Purchases

- Custom/Bespoke Pieces: All custom and bespoke pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

- Personalized, Engraved, and Discontinued/Sale Items: These items are also final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

- Made to Order Items: If unsatisfied, you may exchange your purchase within 7 business days of receipt for store credit or an exchange for an item of equal or lesser value.

- Domestic Orders on In-Stock Merchandise:
  - Refund: Return within 5 business days of delivery for a refund, less round-trip shipping. Eligibility for a full refund will be determined upon receipt; a 20% restocking fee may apply if the item is damaged or clearly worn.
  - Exchange/Store Credit: Items can be exchanged or returned for store credit within 10 business days of delivery, minus the value of round-trip shipping.

    Note: If an in-stock item has been sized, resized, or otherwise altered for you, it is ineligible for a refund and will be issued as store credit, less shipping costs.

3. Return and Exchange Process

1. Initiate Your Return: Email us at info@liyagems.com with your order information to start your return process.

2. Receive Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) along with shipping instructions.

3. Package and Ship the Item: Securely package your item, including all original documentation. Ship using a trackable and insured service. Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs.

4. International Orders

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or resizing requests for international orders.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost.
